1. Processing & Dispatch

All orders are verified, packed, and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours from our fulfillment hubs across India.

2. Delivery Estimates

• Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune): 2 to 4 business days
• Tier 2 / Tier 3 & Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days

3. Shipping Charges

Orders above ₹999 qualify for FREE Express Delivery. A nominal delivery fee of ₹20 applies to orders below this amount.

4. Package Tracking

As soon as your package ships, you will receive an SMS and email with your AWB tracking number and courier tracking link. You can also track your order live on our Order Tracking page.
